Our fleet consists of executive vehicles most of which are Mercedes of various models that range from 7 seater Vianos, Mercedes S Class & Mercedes E Class. Additionally, we have a fleet of self-employed drivers that are used as and when we are extremely busy, however these are rarely used on account work. We provide transport for Airport/Station/Office transfers including corporate events, conferences and parties/weddings.

Embassy’s Approach

With our fleet tracking technology, we can allocate the nearest vehicle to each journey meaning prompt pick-ups. We provide a dedicated 24/7/365 service. All clients also have access to an online ‘web booker’ where you can book for yourself or on someone’s behalf.


Embassy executive cars have 60 members of staff, consisting of part time and full time employees.

Driver Qualifications & Development

To qualify for employment with Embassy, all drivers undergo stringent selection procedures, involving assessment of road knowledge and customer care skills. All drivers have full UK driving license and have passed Criminal Records Bureau check. All authorized Embassy drivers are required to carry Identification at all times. 

Training courses are available for both new or existing members of staff and they are encouraged to appreciate the importance of the work we undertake in maintaining a high standard of service.

Embassy Cars are proud to have continually achieved a Five Star Rating, the highest rating with the LPHCA. The LPHCA benchmark standards within the transport industry on competence, quality and ensuring processes and procedures are in place and followed accordingly.

Bookings & Payments

  • All methods of payment are accepted.
  • Invoices provide an in-depth overview of all journeys including pick-ups, drop off and price. It also shows passenger details.
  • We are able to accommodate any specific needs stated when opening up your account and change any requirements moving forward.
  • The new mercury booking systems allows you, as a customer to monitor your invoices on a weekly or monthly basis.
